Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup giardinera bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • water (or some juice from the giardinera)

Directions:

  1. Just mix all of this together. Use the water sparingly, just enough to get the right consistency for spreading. Mind you, this is spicy.
