Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add sugar, butter, and cardamom to the eggs. Beat.
  3. Add Flour and milk, alternately, and beat until smooth.
  4. Follow directions for the Krumkake iron on how to cook them.
