Korean Seasoned Spinach

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove roots from spinach and wash well.
  2. I soak in a solution of vinegar and water and then rinse.
  3. In bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and green onions.
  4. In a large pot bring water to boil.
  5. Add spinach (leaves should go in last) and immerse only until leaves turn bright green.
  6. DO NOT OVER BOIL.
  7. Spinach will not taste right.
  8. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  9. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
  10. Add the spinach to the sauce and mix well.
  11. This can be served warm or even refrigerated for another time.
