King Crab Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes (leave skins on)
  2. Put in boiling water - cook until tender
  3. While boiling the potatoes fry the bacon over medium heat
  4. Drain the potatoes
  5. Combine the potatoes, bacon, onion, celery, and crabmeat in a large bowl
  6. Add a few good shakes of Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Add mayo, starting with 2 T and gently fold together with a large spoon or by hand. Continue adding mayo until everything is well lubricated.
  8. Serve.
  9. I don't add salt as the bacon adds enough for my taste, but you can certainly season as you desire.
