Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN!!!!!
  2. Beat eggs until light and foamy.
  3. Add oil, sugar, and beat well.
  4. Stir in zucchini, pineapple, and vanilla.
  5. Mix lightly but well.
  6. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
  7. Stir in rasins and chocolate chips (as well as nuts if using)
  8. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured (I use baking joy) 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake for 1-1.5 hours in a 325 degree oven.
  9. Allow to cool in pan.
