Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into two greased loaf pans.
  4. Bake for one hour.
