Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb medium wide noodles
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 sma can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Place in a large bowl
  3. Blend butter and cram cheese smooth
  4. Add sour cream and vanilla
  5. Add eggs and blend smooth
  6. Fold mixture with the noodles.
  7. Combine the drained fruits and place in a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
  8. Top with the noodle mixture
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight
  10. When ready to bake, remove plastic and bake at 350 for 50 minutes
  11. Combine the nuts and sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top
  12. Dot with remaining butter
  13. Continue to bake about 15 to 20 minutes more
