Killer Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple , do not drain
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together and pour into a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
