Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs kielbasa
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice the onion into rings.
  2. Mix together the onions, brown sugar and apple sauce.
  3. Place the kielbasa in a casserole dish.
  4. Pour the apple sauce mixture over the kielbasa.
  5. Cover and bake for about 1 hour at 350°F.
  6. Slice, serve and enjoy the compliments!
