Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in 2 1/2 l water until potatoes are well done.
  2. Cool down to the room temperature. Add all ingredients. Be careful with salt, lemon juice and sugar, the stock should be sweet-sour to your taste. The soup is served cold (that is why it is called Kholodnik)
  3. Serve with sour cream.
