Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook hamburger and drain. Combine hamburger, taco seasoning, water, mushrooms, and black olives. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. Sprinkle with mozzarella and allow to melt. Place tortilla chips on a plate and top with taco mixture. Add a dollop of sour cream.
  2. Can also be topped with shredded lettuce and tomato if preferred.
