Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic on low heat until fragrant to infuse oil with flavor.
  2. Add onions and heat through until slightly translucent
  3. Raise heat to high; add capers, and tomato sauce.
  4. Reduce heat - add wine and lemon juice - season to taste.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens to coat back of spoon.
