Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Mix until dough forms. Refrigerate until cool.
  2. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and drop into sugar, roll to cover. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and press down with a small glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
