Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, butter, and sugar together with a whisk.
  3. Fold in the warm noodles and pour 3/4 of the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
  4. Spread the preserves over the noodles and top with the remainder 1/4 of noodles.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 1 hour until a knife comes out clean when placed in the center.
