Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chopped meat (ground beef) in 8 quart size pot till no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add tomato soups, water, stew meat, stewed tomatoes back into pot and cook for about 40 mins mixing frequently.
  4. Take out a 14 quart pot and add oil, onions, green peppers, cayenne pepper, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper under medium high heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  5. When translucent add ingredients from 8 quart pot into 14 quart pot and cook on med-low for 1/2 hr mixing frequently.
  6. Add chopped meat.
  7. Add kidney beans and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. The beans will burn so mix well, add salt, pepper and garlic to taste as cooking.
  9. This pot will be full.
  10. Top with cheddar cheese and enjoy!
