  • 4 cup uncooked kale cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon jiuce
  • 1/3 tsp sea salt
  • 1 medium avocado

Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa; wash and chop kale and mix all ingredients together.
