Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add olive oil to skillet over medium low heat
  2. Add onions then garlic, sautè until beginning to soften
  3. Add mushrooms
  4. Dash the soy and bragg's (or liquid smoke) onto the mushrooms
  5. Add kale and cover pan for 2 or 3 minutes until kale is wilted and vibrant green
