Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and add pumpkin.
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients well.
  3. Preheat oven 450.
  4. Cook empty pie shell 8 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour filling into pie shell.
  6. Reduce oven to 325.
  7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
