Just Like Kfc Coleslaw - Copycat

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) bag coleslaw (in produce section of store)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp milk or 1 tbsp cream

Directions:

  1. Chop coleslaw mix in a food processor until chopped fine.
  2. Add grated onion to coleslaw mix.
  3. In separate bowl, mix together Miracle Whip, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Thin dressing mixture with milk or cream.
  5. Stir dressing into coleslaw.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
