Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients 2-9 to a large mixing bowl and whisk into a smooth dressing.
  2. Add the entire bag of coleslaw mix to the dressing and mix well.
  3. May chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving for best results.
