Joan's Simple Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 2 -3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1/2 hour.
  3. Saute in some more olive oil on medium high heat.
