  1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet, cook chicken over med high heat remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in seperate pot while cooking rest of ingredients.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet, add onions and cook till translucent, about 5 mins.,
  4. Add tomatoes with their juices, wine, garlic, basil, red crushed pepper, black pepper and oregano. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and cook another minute or two.
  6. Serve over the pasta with some parmesan and enjoy.
