Jim's Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put desired amount of lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Add the tomato, artichoke hearts, cucumber,egg if using.
  3. Distribute tuna over the top.
  4. Mix together mayonnaise and sesame oil.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add 1 to 2 tsp water to thin just a little.
  7. Pour over salad and top with alfalfa sprouts.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Makes 1 serving.
  10. Note: my husband also likes a little cottage cheese in this salad too.
  11. Put on top of tuna.
