Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups apples
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together first 6 ingredients.
  2. Stir in next 4 ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
