Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add eggs, pumpkin, water, olive oil
  3. Bake for 1 hour 350 degrees
