Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 drops red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in mixer and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Bake one hour at 300.
