Jimmy Carter Peanut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 8- oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. First layer:
  2. Mix peanuts, flour and margarine and press into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.
  3. Second layer:
  4. Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on completely cooled crust.
  5. Third layer:
  6. Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Spread on cream cheese
  7. Layer. When pudding is set, frost with additional Cool Whip and
  8. Sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to
  9. Serve.
