Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chili powder; toss.
  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
