Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • few shakes nutmeg
  • few dots butter (i argue that the butter is unneccessary, but they tell me its what makes the crispy-like skin on top. bah-humbug to butter , says zoe the unicorn)

Directions:

  1. Put everything in a oven-proof dish and bake at 160C for an hour and a half.
  2. Serve by its self or ice cream and fruit.
