Ingredients:

  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 6 tbsp. rice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/16 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a large casserole
  2. Bake for 1.5 hours at 300F
  3. Stir 2 to 3 times during baking
  4. Serve cold
