Jennie's Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2-3/4 cup sugar or 1/2-3/4 cup splenda substitute (for baking)
  • 1 -2 tsp salt
  • 1 small onion, minced

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
  2. Shake well before serving.
  3. Serve with spinach and egg salad or other salad of choice.
