Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute in a large skillet the first five ingredients until garlic starts to brown.
  2. Add mixed mushrooms and julienned vegetables.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Saute until vegetables are al dente.
  5. Add al dente pasta and toss.
  6. After pasta has heated add in 2 tsp soy sauce and a touch of lemon juice.
  7. Toss and serve in a bowl.
