Directions:

  1. Combine egg yolks, sugar, raisins, oranges, and butter in top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until thickened. Add pineapple and coconut; cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat, and cool. Chill filling slightly before spreading on cake.
