Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Saute butter and onions for three minutes.
  3. Pour into the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. Mix together eggs, sour cream, all 3 cheeses, salt and cayenne.
  5. Pour mixture into the pie crust on top of the onions.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40 mins or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
