Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium skillet over medium heat, HEAT oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken, sausage and garlic and cook 5 minutes or until browned.
  3. Pour off fat.
  4. ADD soup and picante sauce.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Stir in rice, shrimp and peas.
  7. Reduce heat to low.
  8. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.
  9. Or until chicken and sausage are no longer pink and most of liquid is absorbed.
