Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup jam (raspberry is really good) or 1 cup preserves ( raspberry is really good)

Directions:

  1. Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and soda. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press 2/3 of the mixture into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
  2. Spread the 1 cup of jam or preserves over top.
  3. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
  4. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into bars.
