Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 5 tbsp cream

Directions:

  1. Mix all crust ingredients together and spread 1/2 in bottom of 9 by 13 pan.
  2. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt caramels with cream and pour over baked crust.
  4. Sprinkle 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips over caramel.
  5. Crumble remaining crust mixture over all and bake 10-15 minutes.
  6. Do not over bake!
