Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems and center membrane.
  2. Stuff each half with about 2 tsp. of cream cheese.
  3. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place on a broiler rack that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  6. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
