Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems, and the center pieces.
  2. Stuff each half with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese.
  3. Wrap the peppers with the bacon strips and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the peppers on a baking pan and place in the oven.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
