Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise
  2. Remove seeds, stems, and center membrane
  3. Mix cream cheese and chopped bacon together
  4. Spoon in about 2t per pepper
  5. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick
  6. Place on a broiler rack coated with nonstick spray
  7. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp
  8. Serve immediately :)
