  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise
  2. Remove yolk and put in bowl with all other ingredients
  3. Mash yolks into the other ingredients and mix well
  4. Spoon back into the hollowed out eggs
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro or parsley.
