Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Grind up garlic and lime juice in the blender, add garbanzo beans and puree. Add olive oil bit by bit until smooth. Add cilantro and jalapeño until pureed. Serve on crackers or pita.
