Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the bread cubes in a fryer filled with rendered beef suet(HOT)
  2. (She insisted using beef suet to fry the bread cubes)
  3. Take about 3 dozen pieces of lettuce,about 2 to 2&12 inches square and fry them just until limp
  4. Watch both the bread and lettuce carefully.
  5. Tear the lettuce in small pieces,place in large bowl
  6. Add 1/2 Cup Romaine lettuce,tear in small pieces
  7. Crumble the cooked bacon slices over lettuce
  8. Sprinkle with the mustard,pepper,salt,garlic,and Swiss Cheese
  9. For the dressing:
  10. Add the olive oil,juice of the lemons and the worcestershire sauce
  11. Break the eggs mix well with the other ingredients
  12. Note: You will be surprised to see the lemon juice completely dissolve the egg white and yolk,making it into a smooth liquid with the consistency of water,with no albumen or raw egg feel,taste or smell
  13. Place on the salad ,toss lightly
  14. Add the fried croutons,last
  15. Take the cool fried lettuce leaf and place on top of the individual salad
