Ingredients:

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped

Directions:

  1. Slice zucchini, chop onion,
  2. Layer zuchhini, onion, parmesean, and scant spoonfuls of pizza sauce, ending with mozerella cheese
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. until squash is tender and cheese is melted
  4. Or microwave for 10 min. on high or until done.
