Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 Tsbp parmesan, basil and onion powder.
  2. Shape into 3/4 balls
  3. Heat broth to boiling
  4. Stir in spinach, orzo, carrots and meatballs
  5. Return to boil
  6. Reduce heat
  7. Cook (slow boil) until orzo is tender - about 10 minutes
  8. Stir frequently
  9. Serve with more parmesan on top
