Italian-Style Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (pref. fresh grated)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cover and cook spinach and water for about 10 minutes, until spinach is wilted; drain well.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Saute garlic in butter.
  4. Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring often, until heat through.
