Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine ground beef, oats, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire and pepper; mix well.
  4. Separate mixture into 2 equal parts.
  5. Shape each into a patty about 7 inches in diameter.
  6. Place stuffing choices on one patty to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  7. Top with remaining patty.
  8. Pinch sides together to enclose stuffing; smooth edges into rounded loaf.
  9. Place into pan.
  10. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until meat is done.
  11. Top loaf with 1 cup spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  12. Garnish with olives and serve with remaining sauce.
  13. Microwave Oven Directions:.
  14. Prepare meat loaf as directed above.
  15. Place loaf into greased glass pie plate.
  16. Cover with wax paper; microwave at HIGH 8 minutes, turning plate 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.
  17. Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce over loaf.
  18. Microwave at HIGH 2 to 4 minutes, uncovered.
  19. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  20. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
