Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pan, cook sausages on all sides, pricking to allow juices to flow out.
  2. Cook till done, or around 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
  3. Add onion, pepper, and garlic to the drippings in the pan. Saute this for about 5 minutes. Stir in the green beans and cook on high heat for about 5 - 7 minutes, til tender but slightly crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, cut sausage into thick slices and return to pan along with the vinegar, oregano and the basil. Stir over high heat for around 5 minutes, and season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve with cooked pasta and any favorite Italian cheese, parmesean, fontina, mozarella - .
