Italian Sausage (Jodi's Mother Recipe)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Get a throw away aluminum roasting pan-big one.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Place roasting pan on the cookie sheet.
  4. Slice sausage in 2 inch pieces.
  5. Cut potatoes in 2 inch pieces-do not peal.
  6. Peel garlic cloves.
  7. Add all ingredients in roasting pan and toss.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and put in preheated oven for about an hour and a half-check potatoes for doneness-should be soft.
  9. Remove cover and put back in oven for about 20 minutes.
