Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
  2. Cook and stir sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers; drain. Add peppers and onions; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce and the prepared stuffing.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
